sorry I have been missing in action....had to catch up with my life and deal with some personal stuff but I'm back! I have come to realize that I have reached an amount of followers that I promised I would do a give-away. Six quick and simple beauty tips that I use everyday! They do make a difference.
1)Want your nails to dry quicker ?
After applying your nail polish, put your nails under cold water. This will quickly speed up the time to dry your nails!
2)Want your eye-liner to last longer on your waterlines?
Take a q-tip (cotton swab) and drag it carefully along your waterlines so that it can pick up the oils that may have your eye liner running.
3)Want your lips to seem more defined and bigger ?
After applying your lipstick, take a lip brush ( or any small brush) and dip it in your concealer. Then take the brush and put the concealer around your outer lip line, blending it in your skin giving your lips are more popped out affect.
4)Want longer non clumpy lashes?
When your applying your mascara, wiggle the wand as you apply it. This will separate your lashes and make them longer.
5)Want your eye brow hairs to stay in place?
Take a chap-stick and run it over your eyebrows. Its formula will allow the hairs to stay in place!
6)Want more shine in your hair?
If your done doing your hair and you feel there's no shine, place a dime size drop of your favorite lotion in your hands. Rub your hands together and then massage the top of your hair with your hands. The lotion will give your hair the perfect amount of shine!

Interesting way to do "Back 2 MAC"
I have been a fan of this beauty guru for quite some time now. Her videos come off as very interesting and she looks like a sweetheart. Very talented :) The latest videos she had put up caught my attention. Back to MAC is a program that MAC does to recycle their products. You bring back 6 Plastic MAC items to any MAC counter or store (empty or full) and you get either a free eye-shadow or lipstick. Got any ones you want to bring but you still want the product in them? Well here Nicole shows you in 2 videos ( one for lipsticks, and one for eye shadows) how to depot them so you can still have the product and can still bring in the package to your local MAC, so you can get the free item ( and save the environment of course.) I thought this was a great idea as I would love to participate with the back 2 MAC program.

Trend I am loving: Knee high socks
I feel like this new trend " the knee high sock" is a love/hate one with everyone. Either you love it or hate. Most people think its very tacky and something little girls would wear. I think knee high socks are stylish and very versatile. I recently went out and bought these black knit ones from Costa Blanca ( 6 dollars). They have these three rusty brown buttons one each side of each sock and let me tell you I am in love with them. I paired mine with a black skirt , white shirt and I wore these cheetah wedged heels with them. They look amazing with a skirt and heels. I personally think it gave it that edginess. Can also be worn with a dress and even some short shorts. Want knee high boots but cant afford them or buy them? Take a pair of knee high socks and pair them with your favourite booties or boots. It will give off as you are wearing knee high boots!

Product Review : Fox in a box by Hard Candy
I have decided to do my very first blog post on a drug store product I have been loving.
Below are the different kinds of shades available, I love how every box comes with a more then one colour and a bronzer (Did I mention that already?). I would highly suggest not using the brushes that they come with. Throw it out! Not dense at all and lets face it... who uses those kind of poorly made brushes. Its all about the product! Use a blush brush to pop the colour on your cheek. Now a way I love using these is taking my blush brush and swirling all the colours together in a circular motion. Mixing the two or four colours in whatever box you have gives you the best results. My favourite is spicy and sweet. The combination of the light pinks and browns give my cheeks a great glow. Skinny dipping and smooth talker make great contouring colour ( blend them well). Hot flash is also a favourite of mine because it comes with such a daring shade of pink ( hot pink) so I like to swirl my blush lightly in that one because the hot pink can be really bright, even mixed with the other colours in the box. Each colour can also be used individually. As you can tell I am very impressed with these. They have turned into my everyday blushes/bronzers. GREAT product and want to know something else that's amazing about them? They can be found at your local Walmart for under 10 dollars!
